For Every Year Level
Ages 3–4First Steps Into Rugby
Fun, movement and play. Little ones are introduced to rugby through games and activities that build coordination, balance, confidence and a love of being active.
Prep / KindergartenBuilding the Foundations
In their first year of school, children start developing fundamental rugby skills while learning to work with others and enjoy being part of a team.
Years 1–2Developing the Player
More advanced skills, teamwork and game awareness are introduced as players continue to build their rugby ability.
Years 3–4Developing the Next Generation
Building rugby knowledge, decision-making, leadership and confidence, and preparing players for the next stage of their rugby journey.
